The Poison from a Rose (OPEN TO ANYONE)

[Scarlet (Red)]

Scarlet:" I am your blood that has been flowing through your body..."

It had been a while since this red haired tiger demon had been on a mountain. She had spent most of her time searching for food and water for herself, therefore, she wouldn't be up in the mountains. She had to be careful, Scarlet had heard that these mountains were home to some dragons. Of course, she smiled. All the reason for her to come up the mountain in the first place. She was looking for a dragon scale, that would help her improve on her poison that appeared on her arrows and fangs.

What felt like hours to her, was only like thirty minutes that she had been walking up the mountain. Scarlet wanted to get up as high as she could, she knew where some of the dragons lived, her father had told her about pretty much every dragon... That her father knew of. But, of course, over the years of her life time, she had learned of more dragons than her father had told her. She rolled her purple eyes and sighed. The last time she had seen her father, he was leaving her and her mother for good. It hadn't bothered her as much, but her mother on the other hand... Was devastated by his leaving.

She sighed again, and looked up. She was near a cave and if she could just walk up there, then she would allow herself to rest. She was feeling weak and tired. Scarlet hadn't eaten since the following night, and that was causing her to get dizzy and weakness to take over, but she was only a few more steps away from the cave. She heaved herself up and started to walk towards the cave and within a few minutes she was in the cave.

Before she settled down, she let her purple gaze look around and when she thought nothing was going to arm her, she sat down. Her bow and arrows next to her as she closed her eyes. Just a little rest will be fine, but then I must get back up and move, so I can find that scale. she thought. Her mind telling her to sleep away the day that was left, but she was fighting it.. Slowly.

Scarlet: "The poison you feel, that feeling of losing control... You may find that it isn't you that's controlling your own body.. But some.. Thing else."

Inu ran through the forest, humans with torches and pitch forks chasing him. "I didn't too much to them" Inu muttered dodging the arrows and other items they through at him. Inu looked still dodgin trees, he spotted a mountain which should be a safe haven. Inu was fed up with these humans why wouldn't he just kill them? What a fine idea that was in Inu's mind. Inu blurted out a little as an arrow hit him in the back. Inu turned to face th mob as they seemingly all stopped infront of him.

"I have been allowing you all to leave, untill now that is" Inu was obviously ticked off, the arrow that was in his body had singed his flesh because it was once on fire. The mob looked at him he didn't seem to powerfull so they all ran toward him. Inu quickly placed his palm on the groun moving massive amounts of earth killing most of the mob. Inu then turned gazing upon the mountains. "They will just hunt you down, give me the day and I will get you there"

[/color] Inu began to hear the slight ring.

"Fine" Inu muttered as the orb surrounded his body swiching him from his human to dog form. "I want the rest of the day back later" The ring told Inu. Inu quickly rushed through the forest flaing some of the area behind him before moving towards the Mountain. Inu quickly rushed up the mountain not taing any scents he was in too much of a hury. Inu spotted a cave not far so he quicly rushed to it letting the orb overtake him and swiching him bac to human form. Inu slid in the cave stopping himself before sliding too deep into it. Inu was panting he was very tired from all the energy had used to escape the armies and mobs after him.[/center]

[Falile]

Today was a lazy day. She had hunted the night before, breaking the neck of some armored hominid from above, before he could even register the shadow that had passed over the moon as a dragon. she fed from him, armor, sword, flesh and bone. It was a good and filling kill, leaving nothing but a few gemstones behind since those were the only thing she didn't need to eat. It was sand that helped the digestion, not rocks, so she had no need of them.

She had slept off her gluttony, to find this warm and lazy day facing her, and she reveled in it. The morning was used sunbathing, And now was the perfect time for an afternoon flight. She had just rounded the tip of the mountain, a shining purple gem in contrast to the azure sky and pristine snow, when she saw a hominid figure way down below, just entering the mouth of a cave .

Interest piqued, she rolled to her left so she could turn around to see if the figure would stay within or continue on. While she was banking, her keen eyes saw a second figure, this time a quadruped. It was headed for the same cave. Just before the lupine figure reached the cave, there was a thrill of magic around it, and it was the same as the first form, another hominid.

Now that her curiosity was on overdrive, she banked again, until she was above the cave, and quietly landed. She made her way back down lithely to the ledge just above the cave and waited. She didn't remember if this cave made it's way to the heart of the mountain or not, but it if was a previously occupied one, it wouldn't, it would only have an escape vent far above and behind her. She decided to wait to see if they were going to return to the mouth anytime soon.

[Takai]

For the first time in a long while, Takai could enjoy run through the forest in his wolf form. He usually had to take to his human guise because humans were not so kind to his race but there have been exceptions at times. He continued on in his sprint through the forest towards a nice mountain he had heard about in a village a few days back. He saw as an opportunity to spread his legs.

Nearing the mountain the smell of death ran past his nose. Normally he investigated but it wasn't any of his business besides might have deserved it in the first place. Takai might not mind humans all that much but unless he saw a reason otherwise if they mess with a demon or the like then they have forfeit their lives. Seeing the mountain finally the wolf decided to exercise his muscles by jumping from boulder to boulder to reach the caves above.

Thinking to himself This is the most fun I've had in quite some time. Lets see if I still got it.[/i] Suddenly Takai started to blur in and out of sight appearing on a couple boulders away from the last one he was on and kept going. He finally reached the top and was bombarded by two different scents and third one he couldn't quite figure out. But he could tell the other two smelled a little human but were not moving at the moment. Just to be on the safe side, Takai invoked his dark aura that is always surrounding him and transformed into his human guise with long dark black hair reaching past his shoulder, a long black overcoat opened across the front with gold linings, a grey undershirt, black jeans, markings across the back of his wrists, and a pair of headphones around his neck connected to a device in his pocket. Well it seems today just got interesting to say the least seeing as these smells aren't purely human.[/b] said Takai while grinning bearing his fangs a little. His aura quieted down a thin line still surrounds him. Hopefully he won't have too much to worry about with this but nothing is sure for his life.

[Scarlet (Red)]

Scarlet: "You are not surprised that you have a tiger in your presences?"

Scarlet had dozed off for a while until she noticed that she was no longer alone. She could smell their scents even in her sleep. One smelled of magic. She had heard of these creatures, that could control magic, but she hadn't met one... Yet. The other, smelt of wolf. Scarlet wasn't fond of wolves but she could live with them if necessary, but if she didn't have to then she would immediately, no question about it. The third scent, she couldn't figure out. She knew that it wasn't in the cave with her and the others, which was good... Hopefully.

She stirred in her sleep, bumping into her bow and making it hit the floor with a big thud. Immediately her bright purple eyes opened and looked over at her weapon. Of course, she had forgotten that she had it with her. She had fallen asleep and her mind was hazy when she had gotten into the cave to begin with, but what was bothering her was the two figures that were in the cave with her. Scarlet looked over to the figures. Her eyes went to the one that had smelt of magic, she wasn't to worried about the other, but she was defiantly worried about.

Scarlet stood up and started to reach towards her bow, her red hair moving and shining when the light it hit. I slept for to long. I let my guard down, and now there are intruders in this cave with me... But what is that third scent that I smell? she asked herself, wondering about it. She shook her head and got a hold of her bow and stood up, her gaze locking onto the two men in this cave with her. Her eyes were blaze with a bit of blue/white hint of them. Somewhere in her hair there was white in it but you couldn't tell unless you looked closely.

She wasn't happy. She was resting and now she had been awaken. She let out a low growl. "I think it was a bad idea that you awaken me, gentlemen. I don't take it well when being awaken from a very much needed rest." she said, her voice soft, but it wasn't gentle. "I don't like being woken up." she added, with a hint of a growl in it. Her hand was white from her holding her bow tightly.

Scarlet: "I refuse to allow you, gentlemen, to leave. You have awaken a very powerful demon..."

Inu looked at his body, it felt to great to be back out even if he had only been inside for atleast 10 minutes. Inu had already smelt the scents of a cat, wolf, and a dragon? Inu began to have a short flashback of when he studied dragons such majestic creatures. Inu couldn't thin of that now he had other things to focus on and he quickly regazed his attention. Inu could smell the humans nearby searching for him, if he didn't act fast they would find him soon. "Stop!" Inu turned his head fixing his gaze on the other demon nearby. Inu checked his mask making sure it was on he didn't want them to figure out his secet.

Inu turned to face the demon that had been angrily awoken. It seemed angry enough to do harm but Inu coudldn't sense a murderer in her and he deeply relied on his senses. "Calm down!" Inu seemed more angry rather then a claming voice still taking notice of the humans searching for him. "I didn't mean to wake you" Inu didn't want to use more of powers, maybe just make a slab of wall between them but then he had the other who would see the whole thing.

Inu swiched his gaze constantly incase any of them would attack, Inu would try full force if they did he was a dead man anyway having nothing to live for Inu embraced death and maybe these would be his providers? Inu checked his mask again slightly moisture was starting to build inside of it but he ignored it as he focuse on the people around him.

[Takai]

Hearing talking coming from the cave, Takai walked towards sensing the tensions running high now. He could hear the girl inside ticked off for woken up. Making sure to keep his aura at a reasonable level and keeping his fangs unnoticeable. He went inside to see if this situation can come to a peaceful end. Just because he's a demon doesn't mean he wants to fight unnecessary battles only those that are worth it and if they need to suffer.

Standing at the opening of the cave with a kind smile. Takai gently said Hello there if I woke you up prematurely I truly apologize. But if it was he over there that did it. He's not really looking so good so I don't think he meant to disturb you. Am I right?

[/b] Looking at the masked man. He had to be the dog but with quite interesting powers nonetheless. He smelled death coming from him. Thinking to himself He had to be the one who killed those humans I smelled earlier. But I think they weren't the only ones. I can hear something coming from the forest this time.[/i] Closing eyes his eyes and taking a deep breathe then looking at the woman he realize is the tiger. Now I don't see any point in getting into a squabble right now. Seeing as he's tired and I'm assuming a little injured and I'm not looking for a fight right now just wanted to relax away from humans until I picked up your scents. Thanks to this one more humans are heading this way so if we don't want to die then we may need to work together. What do you think?[/b] Hoping he got through to both of them.

Grinning Oh yeah I forgot my manners my name is Takai Kuragari. And I'm a demon wolf of darkness and death. And I was just trying to relax until earlier.[/b][/blockquote]

Scarlet: "What is that horrible smell?!"

Scarlet looked over to the masked man. She closed her eyes, and sighed. She was going to say something, but by the time she opened her mouth to say something, there was some one else coming. Her eyes flashed opened and they went to the newcomer. He was talking to her and she could tell by his scent, that he was a wolf. She wrinkled her nose and covered it. The scent of wolves was horrible to her nose. She didn't like the wolves.

When she was younger, she had meant a pack of wolves before she had heard of the dragon scale she had been looking for. They were friendly to her, of course, but their scent was disgusting to her and it stuck to her clothing for weeks. The only reason that she didn't like any wolves, was because she had fallen in love with on, and ended up being attacked for it. She didn't go near any wolves since then and now she was in a cave with one, and he was looking for peace. She rolled her eyes, Just wonderful.. she thought.

Scarlet sat back down and looked at the masked man, then the wolf man. "I'm not afraid of humans. For all that I care, they could die." she said, grumbling and setting her bow down and rubbing her hands. She had forgotten that the ivy on her bow had poison on it from her last attack with humans. Her last arrow, she had to leave it behind, for the poison had dripped down before she could aim it at anyone. Her hand started to hurt, but of course, she ignored the pain.

Her purple eyes looked over to the one that called himself, Takai Kuragari. She had noticed that he was being polite, very rare for her to see in wolves nowadays. She stood back up and walked over to the wolf. "My name is Scarlet Rose. I'm a white tiger demon." she said, reaching her hand out to him, the one hand that was already bleeding from the poison. She ignored it... Like always.

She glanced over to the masked man and growled, "As for you, boy. You better be lucking that he showed up, or you would've been dead already." she said, and started to walk towards her bow again, her nose wrinkling again. Takai was right... There were humans coming this way, and that masked figure had led to her resting place. She wasn't happy at all.

Scarlet: "I'm furious. You have brought humans to my resting place, as well as a wolf, Masked Figure."

Inu sniffed the air, it was unnoticable to the others thanks to his mask. Inu didn't do to much to the humans just stole a few pounds of meat is all. Inu turned to the wolf, he thought he couldn't take out humans? This angered Inu in a way that could be felt just by standing near him. Inu's nose was very sensitive which was also a big weakness having a strong scent could confuze him easily. Inu wasn't sue of the dragon's interntions yet or of the wolf's but Inu didn't have that on his mind now he was thinking more or less along the lines of. "Idiots"

Inu looked at the wolf glaring with anger. "I'll show you 'weakened'!" He angrily stated placing his palm on the ground. The ground began to blurt out a shape that began to get more defined with each second branching out into two short spears made from stone. Inu grabbed the two spears breaking the little rock that kept them attached to the cave and headed outside. Inu could see the humans that had noticed the cave, if he did do this to prove his strangth he could actually end up hurting self. "Screw it" Inu mumbled to himself.

"You will hurt yourself! You don't know these powers as well as I do."

[/color] Inu ignored the ring that dared to change his mind . Inu stabbed the two spears in the ground increasing his bodies heat and sending waves of heat through the spears into the ground. Inu's hands began to melt the spears slightly but he tried to ignore this. Inu then let go of the spears sending both his hands thrusting toward the earth with a loud thud almost as loud as thunder. The earth fell down a few inches at the initial thrust of his hands but the began to allow Inu to move the earth at his will.

From a distance you could see the spike's shoot up emitting a faint red light from the heat he induced into the ground, Inu could smell the singed flesh and impaled victims from his widespread attack. But something was troubling him, a few humans dodged his attack they sensed the ground vibrations somehow and moved? "Dam" Inu muttered to himself. Inu's hands were now emiting smoke and showed signs of them being light on fire. Of course Inu ignored this as best as he could. Inu had made given himself some internal injuries, such as internal bleeding and some organs that had stopped functioning for a few minutes. Inu stuttered for a second as he got up which was the only sign that he allowed himself to show he was weakened by that display.

Inu was weakened alot, to much to even go fight the last remaining humans, but he wouldn't say that infront of the crowd of people. inu's attention swiched slightly he smelled something, something that gave him bad memories... what was it? Inu couldn't remember the smell, it haunted him slightly because it was big part of his past.

[Takai]

Peering from the entrance of the cave looking up the masked dog with a cold look. Even though he did the pain to himself to fight them Takai saw no point in his method. He simply just snarled at the humans revving himself up for the fight.

I normally don't do this but you lot are annoying me right now. So let's get this over with shall we now.[/b] said Takai angrily. He started to make his dark aura grow as if he was engulfed in it. The darkness from the cave helped his powering up. His crimson red eyes started to shine like a beacon in the darkness. You are going to regret disrupting my relaxation day.[/b] He said with a bit of coldness. He has no pity for those that bother him.

Takai reached out his arms with darkness flowing of them and summoned dark tendrils. He swung his arms towards the soon to be dead humans. The tendrils pierced through several trees skewering many humans caught of the ends. He started to drain the life force from their slowly dying bodies taking their souls for his own. He looks around noticing a few that escaped his punishment. This really interested him. How could such lowly creatures avoid this attack?[/i] He thought these insects were showing some amusing skills but it didn't matter they were going to die no matter.

Retracting his tendrils, Takai looked over at the masked man with a cold look then look back the young woman. He wondered what she can do to the remaining nuisances.

[Falile]

Falile was getting bored. This was taking a little too long, waiting for these morsels to come out of the cave instead of fighting those without. If this were, like she thought, an old dragon's nest, there would be more than one opening. Falile took a few more steps back from the sheer side of the cliff, and cast about herself for something in particular. She was looking for the perfect fault in the top of the stone beneath her.

She searched for a few minutes before she found the crack in the top of the gargantuan stone she was perched upon. It looked perfect. It was slim but deep. It also ran along most of the rock. She stamped a foot upon the cliff side of the small fissure, and nothing happened. Grumbling to herself, she stepped completely on the far side of the small crack. She lowered her head to the rock and let drip a portion of her hydrogen reserves, directly into the crack. She moved along the crack until she heard it, the creaking of expanding stone.

Now that it had started, the fault in the rock could not stop. She took a few ponderous steps backward as the entire face of the cliff sheared from it's base, and started to slide downward. A cave-in, while improbable in a cave which dragons chose for their homes while their young grew, was not impossible. She had just destroyed the home of kin. she just hoped that they were not still inside. She was sure that her prey would be remorseful enough to get clear of the cave-in. If not she would have to search through the rubble for their remains and eat them anyway.

Falile left the surviving combatants alone and then made her way up the mountain further until she found it, the dragon shaft that would serve as the cave's back entrance. Using her tail and claws she started to descend into the darkness. She did not mind the darkness, and was sure she was blocking out any light that was filtering down into the passage below her, but after a long while she would make it into the cavern, and then be able to cling to the ceiling until she found her prey.

[Scarlet (Red)]

Scarlet: "The tiger within.. Wants to take over."

Scarlet looked over to the wolf boy, then to the masked man. There wasn't something odd about that man, but she couldn't quite but her finger on it. She watched him with her purple eyes, her nose wrinkling as the scent of humans reached her. It was then she felt it. Like a pulse, but she didn't know where it was coming from. Was it coming from her.. Or someone else? If it was coming from her.. OH great.

She heard the wolf speak, and she glared at him, silently. Her senses went wild, whens she caught the scent of blood, humans, dragons, wolves, and anything else that she could smell. She growled, when she saw the humans coming towards her. Scarlet aimed an arrow at one and let it go. She, of course, smiled. Her aim was perfect, it went straight through it's head and hit another, but didn't go through. She didn't mind she was gonna have fun.

Her eyes went white, and she saw white in her hair, but before she could even stop the transformation into a tiger, she heard movement. She looked around but saw nothing. Her gaze went back to the humans and she saw that one was closer to her than she liked and immediately attacked. That triggered her full form.

By now she was a full tiger. Gorgeous in all forms, but deadly as well. Her eyes locked onto a human and she attacked. Jumping onto them and biting them, the poison on her fangs went into the man's blood stream. She heard him scream, but didn't care one bit, instead she jumped off of the one she had bitten and went to kill the others. She was getting out of control and she could feel that much happening.

When she was through with the humans, she growled, and her deadly gaze turned to the masked figure and the one that smelled like a wolf. In tiger form, she didn't remember names, much less care for them. She didn't even remember her own name. Her tiger mind was only filled with violence and hatred towards the ones that hurt her, and right now, she couldn't tell the difference from the two men.

She had a feeling that they weren't the only ones in her, but she couldn't figure it out. Not right now. She growled and her tail flicked to the side, and her ears were back onto her head, flat. She wanted to stop before anyone got seriously hurt, especially herself. But she couldn't... Not without help that is.

Scarlet: "I lose control.. Without even trying to."

Inu turned to face the girl, he was surprised at what was happening to her. She was transforming into something. "A tiger?" Inu muttered to himself. She looked rather feirce now that she has transformed. Inu turned as she ran toward a human biting it, Inu slightly blanked out as the smell filled his nose. "That's it" Inu remembered the scent, it was poison no wonder it was so familiar to him.

Inu was lightly surprised as she turned to him and the other boy. The look in her eyes said she was going to attack them, Inu was rather good at sensing others feelings even if he tried not to notice. Inu looked at her rmembering the scent of poison. Inu still wanted death, very much so infact he moved slightly trying to push the other male out of the way. Inu didn't care if he thought he was thinking for his safety it was more to get the tiger's attention.

"Come, bite me" Inu taunted to the tiger as he stood up tall not looking scared or firghtened from her sudden transformation. Inu was pretty sure he would be able to hold his own for a a long while even being injured he knew how to hold his own on in tough sitautions. Inu slightly lunged forward, The pain from his internal injuries was getting to an unbearable point but he still tried to ignore it. Inu was staring the beast down, he wanted to die but he wasn't just going to let it bite him he was going to try atleast.

[Takai]

Sensing a tremor in the cave and noticing what that meant. This was not the time to fight amongst ourselves even if the tension could be cut with his claws. Takai knew this isn't going to end well but he had to do something. Even though Scarlet looked quite marvelous in her tiger form she seems more beastly than earlier like he was looking at himself when he lets his primal instincts take over when in his wolf form. He knew he had to put a stop to this and help.

Without hesitation he flashed between the two opposing forces with arms reach out towards the two. Takai loudly spoke to try and pierce through there need to fight We need to calm down now or we all would surely be crushed because if neither one of you sensed we have more pressing matters to attend to. Like the cave is about to collapse upon us so we need to hurry....[/b] Surely short of his sentence he felt a mid size rock hit his head. He looked up and saw the cracks and the entrance was about to cave in.

Not thinking, Takai casts his human form aside and reverted back to his demon wolf form with a pure black coat with hints of crimson red coloring and blood red eyes. He howled towards the entrance of the cave Dark Defense!!![/b] Summoning forth a huge wave of tightly strengthened darkness in front of him, the masked boy, and Scarlet to help with the shock-wave of the crumbling. Keeping the shield up for just safety he looked back at the others still in his wolf form Now shall we get out of here and kill each other later I propose. Because I don't feel like dying in here.[/b] He said with a stern tone. He knew if it wasn't for the darkness the cave provided his shield wouldn't have been as strong as it is. He carefully looked over the other two wondering.

[Scarlet (Red)]

Scarlet: "I need help.. If I am to come back to my normal self."

Every since Scarlet turned into a tiger, she had lost more of herself than usual. She disliked it when this happened, but she couldn't control this form. It was to powerful for her. Her ears flicked and she saw the masked figure, he has said something to her, but by now she couldn't understand him. He was to human towards her at this point.

She watched him as he moved the wolf boy away and said something else to. She growled, and her fangs were dripping with poison from earlier. Scarlet was stepping towards the man with the mask, but was stopped when the wolf boy got between them. She growled, and her ears went flat. If only she could speak, she'd tell him to move. She didn't want to hurt him, even he was a wolf.

It was then that she noticed the rock. It had hit the wolf, then another one had hit her before his shield had came up and surround them. She heard him speak to her, but she didn't understand, so she turned around and went towards the back off the cave. There was a reason she had choose this cave while she was still human.

She growled, her claws scratching the rocky bottom of the cave. She needed to get back to her human side, before it was to late. Before she left she got her her bow, she could make new arrows if necessary, right now, she did not care.

Scarlet: "Help me... "
